Assistant Vice President - Sales - Healthcare & Wellness

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1) Candidate should be having an experience in channel sales/direct sales preferably in BFSI, Life Insurance, Health Insurance sector.

2) Candidate should have experience in acquisition of new distributors/partners and Team Handling.

3) Experience in Client Relationship Management, B2B vertical and in handling HNI Clients.

Job Responsibility :

- Building and managing a scaled 3rd party distribution network in the city.

- Tie-up with DSAs, retail brokers and other distribution channels and managing such relationships.

- Creating a strong & and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

- Development of new sales channel.

- Identifying the need of sales training, analysing changing market trends, channel deployment etc.

- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & apply contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
