- Responsible for growth and stability of the branch

- Responsible for making the branch profitable

- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly & quarterly targets

- Good Communication skills in English & Hindi

- Handle a team of RSM- s, TL's and Executive

- Apt in B2B and B2C sales

- Develop key accounts and conversions of bigger accounts

- Hands on experience and an open mind towards market working e.g moving out of office and meeting clients

- Good knowledge about numbers and data analysis

- Keeping a positive attitude and being a self-starter and keeping the team motivated
