Job Description : Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, the AVP Sales - North will be responsible for handling sales and distribution channels for the region comprising of North, East and Nepal while the AVP Sales for South will look after the entire Southern Region of the country.

- They are manufacturers and suppliers of building materials and are looking for talent to head their sales and distribution in the North and South regions of the country.

Description :

The key responsibilities will include :

- Manage the sales and distribution network for the region - Define the optimal sales structure

- Develop plans and strategies to achieve the sales targets

- Develop and promote sales objectives

- Estimate sales volumes and profit for all product lines

- Handle top line and bottom line

- Manage profitability, costs and P&L

- New market penetration

Profile :

A successful candidate would be one with :

- 15-18 years of experience in sales and distribution - Industry background: consumer durable - Strong hold on distribution in these regions - Team handling experience - Handling a business size of 400-600 Cr. p/a - Full time MBA
