Assistant Vice President - Risk Collections Policy - BFSI/Telecom

1. Detailed analysis of portfolio triggers, revolve rates, delinquency metrics by segments and flag off segments to credit & collections teams for actioning

2. Create benchmarks for segment level performance and monitor monthly / weekly performance against these and flag off any deviations and recommend changes required in cut-offs/income requirements or documentation to CRO for approval

3. Create and monitor risk monitoring frameworks

4. Collaborate with Credit Bureaus to do benchmarking studies of Bank portfolio with industry and identify segments of opportunity and risk and present the same to CRO on a quarterly basis measures of success (Define the outcomes expected of the role)

5. Key risk indicators and early warning triggers are identified accurately and flagged off on a timely basis

6. Quality of dashboard on pre/post acquisition

7. Quality of reports published on benchmarking of Bank Portfolio Skills Sets

8. Oversee adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines
