- Mainly this role involves in execution of IFRS9 models, Reconciliation &amp; validation of IFRS9 model - Ensure smooth delivery in IFRS9 Execution &amp; Lead the activities for a particular region - Data sourcing and coordination. Understanding of product level limits &amp; incorporation into execution plan to ensure smooth functioning of the process - Coordination of quarterly and monthly provisions with different Groups - Review the model &amp; parameters &amp; its output, working across Risk, Finance &amp; IT with stakeholders. Skills Required: - Masters degree is preferred or Bachelor's degree in mathematics/ statistics/ economics or equivalent. - Minimum 9 years of relevant Analytics experience. - Good Experience in Credit Risk Strategy Development, Governance, Loss Forecasting, Modeling &amp; IFRS9 etc will be added advantage. - Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical counterparts. - Strong analytical skills with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly. - Good organisational, analytical, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills. - Good exposure in managing risk activities in retail lending. - Good experience in managing Retail portfolios such as Mortgage, Cards, Loans and Overdrafts. - Good to have prior experience with Provisioning process. Knowledge of Loss Forecasting techniques.
