Assistant Vice President - Risk Analytics - BFSI

- Working on projects across the entire retail banking portfolio

- Creating dashboards and MIS for risk monitoring and manage them periodically using SAS

- Using advanced analytics techniques to derive insights impacting business decisions

- Extract, transform and load data into SAS VA environment for automation for graphical reports

- Hands on experience with SAS/BASE, SAS/SQL, SAS/MACROS, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/STAT.

- Generating the Reports through SAS Enterprise Guide and experience with SAS BI Tools.

- Good knowledge of DWH-RDBMS concepts, proficient in SQL and SAS Programming.

- Proficiency in data-handling and analysis software Experience in extracting data and creating SAS datasets from various sources like SQL Server, MySQL, CSV files, Excel and flat files.

- Experience in developing, validating and implementing SAS programs and produce derived datasets for analysis and generating & documenting tables, listings and graphs for reports

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet the deadlines as and when required

- Should have understanding on statistical techniques like regression, CART and CHAID

- Using advanced analytics techniques to derive insights impacting business decisions

- Develop analytics solutions for customer acquisition, customer engagement, servicing and retention

- Develop reports and dashboards for presenting key insights to the senior leadership

- Explain complex solutions and their applicability to business problems

- Relevant experience in analytics or consumer lending/ retail banking; mortgage banking/ risk, Predictive/Prescriptive modeling, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Planning & Forecasting, Variance & Trend Analysis, Data Integration

- Excellent experience in SAS, SQL, Excel etc

- Strong Expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, Power Point and Graphic Design

- Strong Communication-Skills
