Our client is a Mumbai based MNC financial services player.

Job Profile :

- Supports end to end compensation & Benefits program

- Own and partner the key reward programs and benefits

- Actively engage in Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting as per business requirements

- Extending support to the VP Rewards and Country Head on end to end compensation management

- Serve as a SME to the concerned teams in the organization for enhancing effectiveness and efficiency

- Design Sales Incentive plans and understand market benchmarks well

Candidate Profile :

- 8-12 years of relevant experience

- Clear communication and a forward thinker

- Strong stakeholder Management skills

- Strong understanding of IBA and regulations around it.

- Strong understanding of Banking as a Industry
