Assistant Vice President-Retail Operations
- The VP- Retail Operations is responsible for strategic planning, management and execution of retail business and retail partnerships.
- This role will build and maintain a high performing retail operations that meets or exceeds goals while maintaining excellent quality and relationships.
- General management and property operations for a retail and office asset, following the highest industry standards to satisfy all stakeholders and to deliver optimum investment return to the owners.

- Develops and executes strategic action plans necessary to achieve goals and objectives.
- Business Development, Assets Management, Leasing and Mall Management, P&L, Retail Operations, SOP & SLA, Revenue Maximization, Annual Marketing Plans and Events, Annual Business Planning.
- Requires a practical ""hands on mentality"" with strong leadership, general management, technical operations, training and development skills
