Assistant Vice President - Retail Banking Operations - BPO/KPO

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest BPO/ KPO

Location: Kochi

Level: AVP

- This is for AVP role. We need experience in Retail banking operations. The role is into backoffice.

- The person should have managed two locations at least in retail banking domain.

- Span of control should be more than 150 FTE's.

4 Salary up to 30 LPA.

5 Should be ok with 24- 7 environment.

Desired Skills & Competencies - 

- Exposure to Retail Banking Operations

- Experience in operations risks and controls,managing transitions / setup phases from an Ops standpoint

- Led / managed process efficiency projects etc

- Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions

- Strong client relationship building skills

- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
