Assistant Vice President - Research Job Description : - We have requirement with one of the well known company leading clinical intelligence platform delivering Real World Evidence &amp; Customer Engagements across pharma companies across S. Asia. - Candidate must be from pharma background. Have exposure of real world evidence data, project management and research exposure. (Reporting to VP Research) Responsibilities : - Implementing, and overseeing clinical research programs especially clinical trials and RWEs studies. - Clinical development plans &amp; strategy towards study conduct, regulatory submission, and approvals. - In-depth experience of managing &amp; building cross functional teams &amp; a firm focus on training &amp; mentoring employees to assume future leadership roles. - Experienced in Safety management of Clinical Trials, Medical Monitoring, Therapeutic area training, Protocol training. Medical writing - Scientific, Regulatory, Clinical trial, Pharmacovigilance and safety writing including clinical study protocols, CSRs, Clinical overviews, Periodic Safety Update Reports, SAR, Risk Management Plans, Safety reports, Safety narratives and end to end manuscript submissions. - Possess an in depth understanding of regulatory guidelines emerging developments and applications in the Medical research domain. - Areas of expertise to include project management, relationship and team building and crisis management. Knowledge and Experience : - MBBS, MD (Public health/Medicine/Pharma,) more than 8 years research experience. - Healthcare especially Pharma experience is desired.
