AVP - Regulatory Reporting (Only Female) We have excellent opportunity with one of our Investment Banking client in Gurgaon location. Roles :&nbsp; - The individual will be responsible for managing Bank of England (BoE) reporting process. - Ensuring all the BAU activities are done timely and accurately - Review and analysis of journals / reports before submission - Required to identify the source of adhoc / new requirement, building process to meet new requirements on regular basis and developing controls to ensure data integrity - Lot of changes are taking place at system level as well so need to keep himself update on that and making necessary changes in the process to meet reporting requirement. - Responsible for meeting the defined SLAs, managing good relationship with the customer, maintaining and developing robust controls in the process - Co-ordinate &amp; effectively communicate with other teams in diverse locations across in-country / GFC. - Lead and execute process improvement initiatives within the team and improve efficiency. Skills/Experience Required - CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 8 years of post-qualification experience will be considered. - B. Com / M.COM/ CA Inter with minimum 10 years of experience will be considered. - Past experience in External/ Regulatory reporting of Legal entity Financials and supplementary reports. Experience of Business Finance in Banking Industry is desirable. - Advance knowledge of MS Excel and basic knowledge of MS Access. - Good hands on knowledge of systems. - Exposure to Financial reporting (Exposure to IFRS/FINREP/Central bank reporting will be an added advantage) - Advanced capability to understand, analyse and interpret numeric data. - Project management skills with an ability to initiate process improvements. - Excellent Communication and Inter person skills - Both verbal and written
