We are considering you for the role of Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for one of our prestigious client into the field banking.
Role Description
- As a part of the Talent Acquisition CoE, the role holder would be responsible for recruitments for the Bank for hyderabad region, averaging around 500 hires per year
- Design & implement overall recruiting strategy for the businesses/ regions mapped
- Keeping a track of the manpower budgets and identifying requirements
- Collating requirements across functions, demand & supply analysis, activate various sourcing channels, coordinate and hire
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the business heads and other stakeholders on a regular basis
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Would also be involved in strategic projects depending upon requirement

Skills Required
- Needs to have excellent relationship skills
- Should possess good influential skills and know how to get a job done
- Should be comfortable managing huge volumes of data and able to analyze information out of the same
- Should be comfortable managing logistical and operational challenges involved in recruitment and onboarding
- Clarity of thought and ability to simplify complex processes is an absolute must
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Prior Experience
- MBA in Human Resource Management with 7 -15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. The candidate needs to have a good understanding of the banking industry and the talent challenges involved
- Experience in a BFSI domain would be preferred, especially somebody who had managed bulk hiring
