Role: Drive the Quality management, Quality Control and process improvement to support the business objective.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, improving and maintaining processes that meet quality perspective and business needs across organization
- Will facilitates and monitor projects in Quality that includes productivity management, turnaround time reduction and cost saving
- Ensure compliances to all standards like ISO.
- Formulate and implement robust quality policy in line with growth plans
- Analysis and improvement of Voice of Customer and effective Complaint management
- Measure and improve all performance metric like TAT and Productivity from Service Quality perspective
- Ensure best practice sharing and standardization across regions
- Will responsible for quality management standard implementation, process excellence, customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Mandatory: Black Belt Certification is Must and should have experience in Quality management and have managed customer satisfaction and from customer service background
