Assistant Vice President - Quality - Black Belt/Master Black Belt - Captive Unit

We have an urgent opening with one of the global captive unit.

Black Belt certification is must

Level : AVP

Shift Timings : 11.30 - 8.30pm

- The person should be strong on quality knowledge, be able to have meaningful conversations with the senior stakeholders.

- This is an individual contributor role.

- BB Certification is must. Should have been a seasoned BB. Should have at least 5 -6 years of BB experience.

Job Profile:

- Work closely with Senior Leadership to develop Continuous Improvement roadmap for Multiple stakeholders and LoB's. Translate business priorities into tactical initiatives to drive results.

- Manage portfolio of multiple projects independently, and mentor project leaders and help align objectives with organizational priorities. Effectively communicate to, sync up with, and generate buy-ins from, stakeholders onshore as well as offshore, on various initiatives aimed at improving business results for their processes.

- Lead High impact initiatives with cross-functional/cross-geography scope.

- Develop and execute on plan to improve Quality DNA across the organization, with training, R&R, and events.
