Assistant Vice President - Projects - Construction Business Group

Development of new business projects.

- Undertaking activities from - project concept to  project execution

- Develop strong business relationships for business tie-ups related to project to enable a mutual understanding of project risks and opportunities and achieving close alignment on business needs.

- Lead the identification  and implementation of project management, business analysis, and integration management processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards to support all project teams to ensure high probability of successful project delivery

- Actively involved in project planning, implementation of project, design planning, directing, monitoring, controlling and motivating as needed to ensure timely completion of each project.

- Understands the cost elements that are included in a project budget that make up the business case.

Provides input/manages the completion of the business case.Proactively seeks understanding of project hours variances & influences timely resolution

- Manage budget for assigned project, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly

- Perform high level business analysis when needed

- Overall team management for Operations.

- Accountable for delivering projects within planned timeline, budgeted cost and specified quality.

- Manage workflow for yourself and all staff assigned to your team projectteam.

- Provide project summaries to the VP-Projects and MD with agreed format and content.
