Job Description
- To ensure management of all aspects of the Project scope, including reporting, budget tracking, risks and issue management and inter-project dependencies. Ensure that program management tools and processes are in place such that the Project/ Managers/Resources can perform their day-to-day project management activities and report progress.
- Lead and manage program Governance for entire organization including business teams / Steer Cos including managing agendas and content.
- To take responsibility for all functional project deliverables for the Project implementation.
- To manage the overall Implementation plan for the Project and ensure that progress is tracked in an efficient and meaningful manner.
- Ensure that the deliverables for the program/Project defined in the scope are delivered in a timely and quality manner.
- In charge for set up, maintenance and use of program tools and the Delivery methodology with templates and guidelines, shaping them as of Project specifics.
- Running Governance Meetings with attendees up to MD level.
The PMO Officer is responsible for operational activities for the Program Management Office, including the following key activities and tasks:
- Top action log maintenance, tracking and reporting
- Meeting minutes Operational Boards, Group team meetings, etc.
- Implementation plans management, tracking and reporting
- RAG status reports for the Project.
- Risk & Issue register management, tracking and reporting
- Resource plans.
- Facilities and tools management access requests, projects set-up within tools, responsibilities matrix
- Project Deliverables management, tracking and reporting
Key Skills Required :
- Minimum 10 years of experience as PMO Lead / Project Manager in complex Business Transformation Programs
- Strong Stakeholder management with ability to manage communication up to C band level
- Ability to drive peers in a diverse distributed team.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills ability to balance conflicting needs.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects /responsibilities
- Strong aptitude and passion for driving operational detail and accountability
Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications :
- University degree (Post graduate desirable)
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- SharePoint, MS Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint (advanced level)
