Job Description :
- Lead the Collections transformation journey by implementing the use of digital technology and bring in best practices
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand 'As-is' processes, operating structure, current systems and technology
- Lead requirement workshops, elicit requirements along with process owners, stakeholders in line with the 'To - Be' Goal / Design by following all steps in the Project Life cycle (BRD preparation till production deployment)
- Facilitate requirement documentation, knowledge transfer of requirements to technology teams, vendors
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and project timelines
- Facilitate / Impart Training to varied Teams
- Play critical role in facilitating the adoption and increase usage of the new Collections application
- Certifying the test cases and scenarios for completeness
- Approving test cases executed and final sign-off
Technical & Functional Skills :
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to multiple, complex Collection pain areas, problem statements and translate into practical solutions for project execution
- Understand problems by breaking them into smaller parts and identifying impact in a systematic manner
- Change Management
- Manage large change, transformation programs across Collections verticals with rigid timelines
- Expertise in managing entire project life cycle
Behavioral Skills :
- Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills
- Excel in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.
Communication & Other Skills :
- Ability to express and explain ideas clearly and correctly - both verbal and written. This includes communication to peers, function heads and leadership team
- Well versed with MS - Office and Power point to prepare Senior Management updates
Experience : Experience in implementing Collections & Digital solutions
