- We are extensively working on driving transformation via digitization. - In this TECHNO FUNCTIONAL Role you will be responsible for managing projects in all the processes in HR area starting with the business case, product finalization, implementation cycle, change management and benefit realization. - You will be responsible for bringing a new perspective basis the experience in hand and market trends on usage of AI&ML, which helps in enabling the next-gen technologies in the HR processes including leave and attendance management, learning department, Onboarding, candidate engagement (pre-onboarding), Exit management etc. Responsibilities: 1. Own the end to end delivery of the project from the understanding the business need, finding right solution, testing and implementing this as per the Genpact guidelines 2. Follow Agile & waterfall model, tools and frameworks, to deliver repeatable long-term solutions as per the need 3. Work closely with stakeholders, Product Vendor & internal practices and driving the delivery teams to execute and implement solutions within committed timeframe 4. Having strong partnership with business stakeholders & IT solutions teams - Provide functional consulting services by acting as Subject matter expert of HR process and technologies and leading key stakeholders through the entire Project cycle. 5. Having project management experience in handling/ managing big scale projects which are global in nature with scope of multiple geographies 6. Interaction with global HR Stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, taking care of project issue and the resolutions
