Assistant Vice President - Program Management - Broca Channel - Insurance

Reports to Direct Head - Broca Channel

Responsibilities:

- Manage existing processes for seamless issuance

- Provide deep analysis on regular basis for partners business and provide solutions for improving the quality and profitability (includes trends, forecasting and planning)

- Enhancements of projects for the channel

- Manage Partners Commercials along with Finance

- Manage existing and new IT projects for the channel

- Supervise Operational & transactional issues

- Data support in review and Management presentations

- Adhoc - Commission management, Channel Hiring, Training for sales team, Marketing support for partners etc.
