Assistant Vice President - Product Management - Supply Chain

Responsibilities :

- Has overall ownership of the software experience both to internal and external stakeholders. Need to drive software implementation that will be used by millions of retailers and growers.

- Is involved very closely with top management in the overall business, collaborates with internal team - Sales, Sourcing, Operations, Finance and comes up with technology solutions to business problems and drives its implementation.

- Is responsible for software experience to external stakeholders primarily small-medium businesses and suppliers (farmers, aggregates etc.)

- Also, involved with internal stakeholders to drive system implementation of processes that will serve customer needs.

- Has a solid understanding of the overall architecture, is able to research and provide technology solutions to business problems.

- Responsible for reviewing data for the features implemented and constantly iterating on the product to keep improving the key metrics.

- Responsible for leading a product/ design team to achieve the business objectives.

- Responsible for reviewing team member work and adherence to company processes.

- Also responsible for reviewing tech implementation of product features and getting any corrections done if needed.

- Contributes to setting up processes and constantly works towards improving them
