Assistant Vice President - Private Equity & Mergers & Acquisitions - Investment Banking

- Experience in Execution of Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions in Mid Corporate domain.

- Preparing pitchbook and development of marketing collateral including teasers, information memorandum, Financial Modelling (not negotiable) etc.,

- Develop new corporate and Venture Capitalist / Private Equity relationships

- Be core part of engagement team for due diligence

- Mindset to take ownership of transaction and find a solution

- In-depth sector knowledge will be added advantage

Qualification :

- CFA / MBA (Premier Institute) / CA / Background in Engineering will be an added advantage

CTC: Upto 13 Lacs
