Assistant Vice President/Practice Lead - Internal Communications

- We are looking for Practice Lead, Internal Communications for an Indian IT Mnc which has 2+ Lacs employees across the Globe, the role would require one to handle all internal communications across various Sites across the world addressing thousands of employees.

- The position would report into Head of HR-ER

Job Description :

- Identify opportunities to brand the company in the eyes of the employers; Leverage internal brand with external media in order to increase "branding" internally and to leverage employer brand externally.

- Developing and implementing strategies for communication programs

- Developing systems and research plan to identify communication needs of various employee segments;

- Creating and sustaining internal communication media like intranet, newsletter, blogs, chats, town halls, web casts, films in order to maintain and enhance company image, employer brand and best in class employer status;

- Developing calendars of key messages in order to ensure consistent, relevant and timely delivery of internal communication material and to avoid message conflicts.

- Handle operational delivery of communication as needed. Leverage technology and outsourcing in order to increase reach and enhance effectiveness
