AVP - OTC Transformation for a top BPO
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- To drive Finance Transformation across OTC through identification and implementation of opportunities and sharing of best practices
- To Develop and maintain excellent external networks to ensure best practice is captured and applied internally.
Work with the PMO to ensure that the Projects are delivered within budgets and timelines Building competencies in the team to offer differentiated solutions
- Identify build, implement Transformation / Harmonization/Standardization roadmap
- Develop and manage governance around customer and Genpact communications with regards to Transformation agenda.
- Build/ maintain relationships with key stakeholder to enable higher customer satisfaction and delivered business impact
- Drive sharing best practices across poles to replicate ideas and drive productivity, process efficiency and compliance standards
- Work as the Single Points of Contact for the customer to define and execute on end-to-end process improvement ideas
- Support analysis on process non-compliance with respect to Operations and suggest remedial measures
