AVP-Operations
Our client is a leading global BPO seeking for an experienced individual for AVP-Operations for Social Media process.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Managing P&L for business operations, including the development and execution of overall business strategy.
- Drive operational improvements for contact center operations.
- Manage large operations team, improve efficiency, quality, performance against SLA.
- Lead cross functional strategy team, budget planning, expansion planning and operational planning.
- Ensure client satisfaction and establish strong relationship with clients.
- Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements.
To be eligible for this role you will require :
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in contact centre/BPO managing social media or content moderation or content editing processes.
- A great people manager with experience of managing multiple clients and processes.
- Managing P&L, driving performance and growth.
- Strong analytical person with ability to streamline complex processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
