Job Description:

This job involves calculating commissions owed to distributors, coordinating with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of commissions, maintaining records of commission payments and sales data, and building positive relationships with distributors. The role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely commission payments to distributors, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with the firm's distribution partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handling Distributor Referral computations with 100% accuracy and payments

- Independently generate and distribute management (MIS) reports with 100% accuracy and in a timely manner.

- Handling client fee computations with 100% accuracy

- Handling Provisioning of Income and Expenses

- SEBI and other Regulatory reports preparation and submission

- Handling Expenses/Payments related to PMS.

- Daily fees checking to maintain accuracy.

- Handling of Reconciliations of clients' accounts and managing Cash Flows

- Recovery of various kinds of Fees

- Co-ordination with Brokers, Custodians and Bankers for smooth functioning of daily operations

- Handling Finance related matters and queries, including GST data for PMS clients.

- Assisting and co-ordination with Internal and Statutory Auditors for audit process and resolving their queries to satisfaction.

- Liaison with Software vendors and IT team for updation & customization for making processes robust and fully atomized.

Candidate Details:

- Graduate with CA

- 5-8 years

- PMS Operation's role in in PMS / Mutual Funds / Banks / Custodial Services

Complete understanding of:

- PMS Business

- Wealth Spectrum Software

- Good communication skills & Interpersonal skills

- Should be able to work independently on his/her own

- Should be excellent and hands on in Excel & PPT
