- Ensure seamless and superior client service delivery for the entire LOB, including critical expectations like Turn Around and Accuracy.
- Client/Onshore relationship management and enhancement
- Drive and participate in new opportunities to move work to offshore
- Be the lead on projects
- To Communicate and highlight best practices implemented at the Delivery Centre with clients
- Mentor and Coach team members
- Own accountability by being able to help the teams troubleshoot issues in projects both on technical and business side.
- Responsible for driving initiatives within the group
- Define annual plan for trainings based on requirements
- Create succession plans for Manager & Sr Manager levels
- Define and drive the standard employee measurement factors like KRAs, Mentoring and Project SLAs
- Effectively manage Resources assigned
