Assistant Vice President - Operational Risk - FMCG (6-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- This position delivers the following services to the Compliance Team

- Setting up Operational risk framework across CGRLH processes while evaluating current procedures exist at client organization

- Working alongside with teams to ensure operational risks are recorded, escalated and reported in accordance with risk policy

- Responsibility to front end the discussions relating to compliance and regulatory issues with existing and potential Customers;

- Ensure business functions adhere to group and business policies and standards

- Work directly with business partners assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of processes, policies and controls to facilitate the identification, assessment and management of all significant risks, and the application of appropriate monitoring and reporting mechanisms

- Provide technical feedback, oversight and challenge to prevailing processes, controls and practices, and assist executive management in implementing identified control enhancements

- Provide monitoring and oversight to ensure adherence to, and compliance with, all applicable regulatory requirements

- Provide risk and compliance training, and coordinate awareness initiatives on risk and compliance issues, policies and procedures

- Participation in / co-ordination of a range of regular risk and oversight activities

- Preparation and submission of management information

- Scoping compliance requirements of work being migrated from client into Genpact

Working closely with the Client Compliance team to translate the reorients of legislation and be the extended arm of the team for its India operations

- Work with Risk Solutions and SBU Compliance staff in establishing procedures and compliance plans to meet licensing, disclosure and regulatory requirements that are relevant to client's business

- Lead team of Risk & Compliance managers to achieve Risk activities agreed for vertical
