Our client is a leading Global financial services organisation.
- Overall operations management for on-boarding and background screening for oversees locations.
- Prepare documentation regarding background screening reports, share with stakeholders and follow up for approvals and next steps
- Work in conjunction with compliance teams for licensing requirements
- Ensure that SLAs and KPIs given to the teams are met on a daily basis
- Ensure factual accuracy of on-boarding and background screening data maintained and distributed to various HR teams
- Handle escalations and regularly monitor types of escalations received
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- People management and work closely with the on-boarding and background screening lead
- Participate in regional and global projects pertaining to APAC on-boarding and background screening as and when required
