Job Title: Master Coach -Assistant Vice President Function: Lean Digital Transformation Level Band: 3 AVP Reporting Relationship: Talent Development Leader Travel: On need basis Location: Pan India Job Description: Master Coach role is a Learning &amp; Development team member with the Quality team aligned as a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) coach to verticals. He is uniquely positioned to facilitate and enhance learning, application &amp; embedment of LSS DNA and culture for accelerating transformation and change within the organization linked to business results.The Coach will partner with the Vertical Process - Excellence Group lead to identify and address key challenges &amp; gaps on knowledge &amp; application of LSS to enable - service delivery excellence Summary of Role/Profile: Work closely on the following initiatives: - Design and Execute for effective Integration &amp; Learning of new hires in the function. - Lead Technical LSS Coaching for effective application for driving business results. - Partner with PEG Leads on designing Initiatives for embedding Process Excellence DNA (Xcelerate/QA Build etc.). - Lead Technical Coaching &amp; Knowledge Refreshers for effective application of LSS in BB+ projects. - Enable creation of knowledge assets from projects &amp; setup best practice sharing forums for embedding LSS application. - Setup and execute the BB+Certification process. - Review projects as Panelist for BB+ Projects for ensuring effective application of learning. - Institutionalize a learning framework to build a pool of Quality Trainers. Key Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Coach BB &amp; PEG Leads to accomplish project goals using appropriate LSS frameworks and methodologies. (e.g., reduce risk/cost, improve productivity/profitability). 2. Coach &amp; mentor other people to drive Lean Six Sigma DNA through BB Projects. 3. Design and Execute for effective Integration &amp; Learning of new hires in the function. 4. Lead Technical LSS Coaching for effective application for driving business results. 5. Setup and execute the BB+Certification process. 6. Institutionalize a TTT framework to build a pool of Quality Trainers. 7. Communicate continuously with all key stakeholders to create a combined vision and understanding of the activities. Requirements (Exp/Education) : - Education - Post Graduation in Quantitative sciences or MBA and Certified Black Belt - 9+ years of exp in Lean six sigma transformation, Training, Coaching lean six sigma, process improvement etc. - Should have offered great learning and strategic learning in the processes. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Project Management skills. - Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders. - Leadership skills - Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching - to be able to drive change in the organisation.
