Assistant Vice President - Non Term Product - Drive top-line growth for cross sell products through effective portfolio interventions. - Managing & tracking the portfolio health (P&L) for cross sell products in the portfolio. - Channel Management to drive efficiencies between online/digital and telesales. - Channel migration of existing portfolio to more cost effective digital channel. - Strategies for driving card spends, activation & usage through cross sell products. - To conceptualize, scope, design, structure and launch new EMI based products and functionalities to augment Asset base. - Lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new products. - Responsible for Fee and Interest revenue for cross sell products in the portfolio. - Liaise with internal stakeholders including Risk, Finance, compliance and legal teams for launching new programs and products. - Liaison with external agencies to create crisp & clear communication for cross sell products. - Constant Tracking and evaluation of offers, promotions.
