Assistant Vice President - Management Information & Analytics - BFSI

AVP - MI & Analytics

We require someone with strong KYC, AML, CDD + MIS/Data Analytics/Stakeholder Engagement + Excellent communication skills for AVP/Grade H role to be based out of Chennai.

- Responsible for production of accurate and high quality metrics/analysis

- Responsible to ensure the MI and Analytics team produces timely/quality MI, incisive and with analysis

- Ensure adequate quality assurance measures are in place for the activities managed.

- To standardize reporting, align reporting to OneBank CDD procedures

- Review Regional MIs and present findings as well as raise any issues and risks to monthly Governance AML/Sanctions committees.

- Responsible to ensure that key stakeholders and governance committee/forums are kept up to date on key issues, resolution plans and overall progress on initiatives.

- Processing as per the defined Operating Standards as applicable by exercising due diligence.

- Compliance with all applicable Rules / Regulations of the Company and Group Policies and adherence to the Group Code of Conduct.

- Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious transactions to the Line Manager.

- Comply with Group AML CDD Guidelines and adhere to the relevant Controls and Checks.

- Take responsibility / ownership and follow existing operational processes / controls and suggests if changes required with a view to mitigate Operational Risk.

- Ensure a high satisfactory rating in all Group / External / Internal checks.

- To report / escalate exceptions to the Line Manager.

- To understand and deliver stakeholder expectations.
