ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Looking for a candidate to join Senior Management team and assists in M&A mandates from clients and thereby contributing to revenue growth.

Candidate should have excellent deal closure record in M&A space and should also have understanding of wide range of financial services and products to work in tandem with other teams,

Structured Finance & Debt in order to meet simple and complex fund raising requirements of our clients.

Exposure across multiple sectors would be added advantage however we are looking for someone to focus on consumer durables, and Logistics.

Candidate should be well networked with PE Funds in India and abroad as well as senior management of medium to large scale corporates in India.

Building relationships with key transaction oriented / acquisitive groups in the identified sector / region

Project management and monitoring a team of Managers and Associates

Analysing the financial and operational positioning of corporates to proactively suggest strategic options including JV / partnerships, acquisitions or divestitures

Coordinating pitch presentations to obtain new mandates

Finalising fund raising / M&A mandates of quality clientele / or executable transactions

Financial Modeling and Tax structuring

Building a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in the specific areas fund raise / M&A engagements

Business Modeling and Plan Development and an ability to analyse and envisage new / key industry trends

Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction

Assistance and guidance in finalisation of the transaction documentation including the initial Information Memorandum, financial model and the definitive agreements

Project management and execution

Business development

Provide inputs for group business plan and future direction of the Corporate Finance practice

Evaluate economic and legal risks to the Firm arising out of engagements, consult and adopt suitable risk management practices

Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment

Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field
