Assistant Vice President - Litigation - BFSI

1) The candidate will be responsible for managing litigation and also for coordination with external lawyers.

2) The candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing notices, court/tribunal pleadings, memos and financing/debt assignment documents.

3) The candidate will be responsible for reviewing legal due diligence reports and opinion memos.

4) The candidate should have a thorough understanding of recovery of financial debts especially in multi bank/consortium finance cases.

5) Candidates having experience in banking and finance litigation will be given preference.
