Assistant Vice President - Liquidity Reporting - Treasury - BFS

Responsibilities / Tasks :

- Primary objective of the role is to act as a Subject matter expert(SME) for Liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) and lead the team who is responsible for preparation and review of LCR (Frequency-daily and Monthly) for Client.

Experience / Exposure :

- Preparation of Liquidity report(LCR), analyzing variance, providing commentary, Presentation to senior management and submission to regulator

- Performance of quality checks and reviews to ensure accurate and complete report production

- Investigation of data and reporting issues & preparation of routine and adhoc adjustments

- Preparation/Review of reconciliations at Report/product/Feed level

- Engagement in interpretation of regulatory guidelines and implementation of the same

- Drive technical implementation by participation in change projects/UAT cycles

- Drive Initiatives aimed at Process enhancement/Automation

- Implementation of a robust control framework for the processes and compliance with Governance requirements

- Drive projects aimed at migrating reports to strategic platform

- Training and mentoring of the team members

Education/ Qualifications :

- Master's Degree or professional certification in Finance - Mandatory

- Previous experience in Preparation and review of Liquidity reports - Mandatory

- Previous Experience in Treasury or related Function - (Preferred)

- Strong data analysis skills & Attention to detail - Mandatory

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Mandatory

- People Management experience - (Preferred)
