Assistant Vice President - Legal - Wholesale Lending - NBFC

Hiring for a NBFC based in Mumbai.

1. Structuring, customizing, drafting, vetting of loan documents, security documents, escrow mechanism.

2. Co-ordination and perusal of project based covenants, valuation, architect reports and assisting and advising on the security structure in project based finance.

3. Conducting and co-coordinating Pre-disbursal due diligence, title search reports, ROC Searches, litigation check etc.

4. Completion and perfection of security creation, post disbursement compliance, monitoring of security covenants, escrow structure, loan against shares etc.

5. Legal documentation, structuring, due diligence, co-ordination, escrow structuring, mortgages, for real estate loans etc.
