The client is a leading Global Bank operating through different business divisions inlcuding Retail, Asset Management, and Wholesale (Global Markets & Investment Banking) servicing the needs of individuals, institutions, corporates & governments

Job Title : AVP- Legal

Key Responsibilities :

- Transactions pertaining to standardization of loan documents for banks - corporate lending & retail transactions

- Drafting, vetting loan & security documents for loans given by banks to the borrowers for different purposes including project finance, consortium, multiple lending, ECB lending and syndication loans

- Vetting the executed loan and security documents to ensure compliance with stamp duty rates and applicable laws, preparing standard documents for clients and also supplementary documents.

- Preparation & negotiation of various loan documentation including rupee term loan facility, security trustee agreement, inter-creditor agreement, share pledge agreement, external commercial borrowing term loan facility, deed of guarantee.

- Meeting documentation requirements for various products like Corporate Finance, Term Loan, Working Capital Demand Loan, Channel Finance, Bill and Invoice Discounting, Loan Against Shares, Consortium Banking, Multiple Banking

- Advising clients and preparing documentation for external commercial borrowing (ECB) transactions
