India's largest investor, developer, and manager of Grade A industrial and logistics real estate across large No of logistics and industrial parks is looking to hire a senior person in the Leasing team (someone with solid Exposure in leasing in real estate industry, infrastructure / industrial ) Title : AVP Leasing RM : VP Leasing Location : Bangalore/Pune Job Responsibilities : - Lead leasing support function for commercial &amp; CRM - Monitor and execute lease related transactions of all properties across India - Extensive coordination with Legal, Project &amp; Finance teams - Review the rent roll and form strategy for vacancies, lock in and lease expiries - Coordinate with Asset Management team for underwriting and area statement - Resolve client queries - Manage escalations for addressing concerns from the regions - Responsible to monitor, create&amp; circulate leasing function MIS - Ensure properly maintenance of all records both electronic &amp; physical forms - Support and provide inputs to the leasing team for existing and new leasing transactions - All data management in the CRM software&amp; DMS - Tracking Audit compliance - Improvement &amp; Implementation of SOPs Skills/Experience : - 12-15 Years in the Real Estate /Infrastructure industry - BE(Civil/mechanical ) + MBA ( Finance or Marketing) - Communication skills (persuasiveness, negotiation, influencing and writing skills), - High Proficiency in English language - Strong analytical abilities - Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Strong knowledge of CRM software tools
