- Formulating & directing training strategies to train on product & policies and other business requirements

Training Initiatives:

- Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive training as per the business requirements

- Evaluating manpower planning and ensuring training as per the requirement

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

- Evolving market segmentation & penetration as per the product fitmentTeam Management 

- Ascertaining the specific training needs of subordinates and accordingly arranging training programs -

 Imparting continuous on the job training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement/skill building

- Sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members
