Job Profile :

- Lead the L&D and PMS function

- Setup the L&D and PMS frameworks across levels in line with business goals

- Work closely with business leaders to identify the gaps and formulate strategy to manage them

- Keep abreast of the latest trends in L&D and PMS and identify areas of improvement

- Build a culture of continuous learning and development

Candidate Profile :

- 10 - 13 years- experience

- Strong experience in managing L&D and PMS

- Experience in the Technology sector

- Stakeholder management
