Description - Aim is to build and implement the IT strategies in the processes, ensuring adherence to each of them across the functions being owned.

Description :

The profile will be responsible for the following areas of operations for IT:

- IT Project Management Office(PMO)

- IT Project Demand & Capacity Management

- IT Audits & Compliance

- IT Budgets & Controls

Testing :

- The profile will enable prioritisation of activities within IT for all the incoming demand and Project manage the demand to delivery.

- Interact with various stakeholders to enable clear expectation setting through weekly / monthly status reporting and Steering committee meetings. Identify and highlight project risks and mitigations.

- Understand and control the Budgets, and expenses for IT. Do scheduled reporting to enable exception handling through senior leadership interactions.

- Play the role of IT POC for all audit and compliance related matters.

- Own the IT Testing function and enable quality of all the deliveries.

Profile :

The relevant candidate shall meet the following requirements:

- 10+ years of Insurance Project Management / Delivery experience

- 2+ years in lead role with business user interaction experience.

- Certifications like PMP, ITIL, CFPA preferable

- Graduate/ Post Graduate from a reputed engineering college
