Job Title:Associate Vice President - Investment Banking (Debt Capital Market)

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build relationship across Mid to Large corporates to generate DCM opportunities.

- Originate DCM transactions with existing client relationships as well as generate new relationships.

- Maintain and supplement relationships with DCM investors including banks, non-bank financial institutions, asset managers (Domestic Mutual Funds + FIIs).

- To Prepare DCM deal markets documents, including Industry Analysis, Commercial Viability & Financial Projections.

- Appraisal Memo for various Financial Institutions.

- To assist legal teams of Client and DCM investors with deal structuring, diligence, documentation, and disbursement.

The job is an individual contributor role so the candidate should be self-motivated to generate revenue for the firm.

Desired Profile:

1. A candidate should have an Origination and Execution exposure

2. In-depth knowledge of the Debt market - both loans and Debenture

3. Candidates should have a strong experience of deal closure with various Banks (both PSU and Private) and Non-Bank institutions. Existing relationships in NBFC's, debt funds and banks are a must

4. Strong CXO level connect in Corporates for deal sourcing, The job is an individual contributor role so the candidate should be self-motivated to generate revenue for the firm.
