Position: Asst. Vice President International Sales

Location: Mumbai

CTC: upto 55 LPA

Requisite:

- MBA's with 15+ yrs of Relevant Sales Experience in Real Estate, including min 5 yrs of Experience in International Sales / NRI Sales / Channel Sales.

- A Strong Team Manager, will manage a Team Size of 10+ Sr Sales personnel

- Achieving Sales target for International (NRI), Corporate Sales, Alternate Channel Sales and Leasing verticals

- Preparing Sales targets/ Sales forecast.

- Devising sales strategies in co-ordination with the ED to achieve the set targets.

- Devise plan for the participation in Exhibitions/ Trade Fairs/Events during the Financial year.

- Attend and interact with Customers / Channel Partners for resolving their issues, if any

- Seek and update with the latest market information/ competition information and circulate relevant information down-line.

- Achieving Sales Target.

- Review and recommend the brokerage and refunds after checking the details.

- Motivate and recommend the team for training and development programmes,

- MIS generation

- Expansion of Business in the countries targeted
