AVP - International Business Development

- Act as a single point of contact for International clients based in regions like GCC, APAC, UK/Europe and USA

- Sales lead for Luxury designer residences and commercial projects for Ultra High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and International Corporate Clients.

- Worked with partners and stake holders about changes in product portfolio, latest market trends and competitor's SWOT.

- Ensured desired volume of International sales for entire portfolio of Lodha.

- Maintained portfolio of High Net Worth individuals for references and repeat purchase.

- Successfully analyzed past performance statistics to promote future trend from complex multi-source data and macro-economic understanding on pricing trends and ROI for business requirements and created new and alternate business channels for new business growth and its sustainability.

- Active participation and coordination for events and exhibitions across UK and Europe.

- Responsible for sales and work related post that, Home Loan, Registration, POA work which plays extremely crucial in NRI sales.

The position will be based out of Mumbai but will involve extensive travelling.
