Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit

The incumbent will be responsible for the developing and executing the Risk Based - Internal Audit plan.

The incumbent will need to efficiently, quickly and effectively deliver a portfolio of impactful audits that provide both assurance and insight to help the Company meet its goals of Risk-based internal audit

- Ensuring the quality of Internal Audit activities of the Company

- Manage overall internal audit activities including but not limited to risk assessments, audit planning, execution and reporting to Audit Committee by fulfilling the audit policy, procedures

- Regular reporting of Internal Audit activities to Audit Committee

- Promptly report early risk or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and governance

- Communicate and discuss audit findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders including management and Audit Committee
