Responsibilities and Duties
Role:
As the part of B2C - allied healthcare business the incumbent would be responsible for the entire P&L, operations, Branding, business expansion, compliance, sourcing, tie ups, placements for our Allied healthcare business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The core responsibility of the incumbent would be managing the entire P&L for the allied healthcare business. This to include:
- Revenue generations through admissions
- Prevent any business leakage
- Brand building for the business through multiple channels- Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) with the help of HO marketing team
- Managing the core operations & growth of the business
- Managing the core operations for the existing centers
- Opening of new centers and making them operational and breaking even on the cost.
- Recruiting and developing a team of Center Managers & other staff engaged in sales & marketing
- Develop a deep understanding of the Allied healthcare space and look at all levels of alliances with Govt bodies / healthcare organizations for strengthening business.

- Ability to develop executive level relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
