AVP of Inside Sales-Software Solutions - Looking for Sales Leader for a growing Software Solutions Selling company. We need a strong Sales Leader who can come in as AVP of Inside Sales . - Prior experience selling software solutions to clients in North America is a must. - Must have managed a team of atleast 6 Sales people in India, targeting the customers in US and close the deal. - Avg deal size must be $1M+ on an annual basis. - Manage the Sales P&L - revenue growth, occupancy, and cost of sales - Closely monitor the sales funnel of your team - sales pipeline, leads reached out to, meetings set up, post meeting follow-ups, and closures - Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them - Building a strong pipeline is a key responsibility from this role.
