Job Description :


- Lead the Inside sales team for an EdTech based out of Hyderabad.


- Take ownership of Revenue matrices and Sales strategies for the organization.

Client Details : The client is an EdTech backed by a legacy brand looking for strong sales leaders.

Description :

- The opportunity lets the candidate build and lead a Sales team of 200+

- Master metrics like efficiency, conversions, utilization and other key factors influencing sales performances.

- Own P&L responsibility, collections, cost reductions, etc.

- Achieve Daily sales targets.

Profile :

- 15-18 Years of experience in Inside sales, preferably from Ed-Tech or B2C background.

- MBA graduates from Tier 1 college preferred.
