Assistant Vice President - Infra - BFS

The person will be heading Cloud, Data Center, IT Infra & Application Support teams.

KRAs for the role is given below:

- Develop an IT vision, strategies and a roadmap, and lead the IT team in effective execution

- In-depth knowledge in broking applications, platforms & exchange network and connectivity, co-location setup for Prop trading

- Plan the IT budget and manage resources within allocated budgets

- Manage Information technology and Information security operations

- Monitoring and control of all IT infrastructure Data Center, LAN, WAN, Private Cloud, Network, Data, Voice, Tech support desk etc.

- Understand business requirements and get involved in all business / tech interactions for requirements analysis.

- Have deep understanding of Digital transformation, Cloud platform, Multi-Cloud, Hybrid cloud environment, Emerging computing trends.

- Monitor the performance of the IT infrastructure, ensure that it is optimized and future capacity planning in undertaken.

- Closely work with CIO to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.

- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of information technology, Cybersecurity strategies and works cross functionally with business/product team.

- Responsible for regulatory audits SEBI, RBI for NBFC etc.

- Responsible assets life cycle, AMC of assets and renewals of Licenses (Desktop, Laptop, Server, Storage, Firewall and Network equipment's software licenses and information security services

- Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
