Job Profile:  - Define industrial relations strategy policies and guidelines across plants, warehouses, and admin staff.  - Define policies and guidelines for contract manpower management including matters pertaining to Mathadis and Security Guard Board  - Define strategies for supporting the finalization of long term settlements with the trade unions of workmen including math adds  - Setup processes and clear escalation mechanism to minimize loss of productivity due to IR issues  - Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines in collaboration with Business HR, Head of Manufacturing Unit and Business Leaders  - Support and guide the Business Units in all aspects concerning discipline management, conduct of domestic inquiries etc.,  - Ensure compliance with all Applicable Statutory matters pertaining to HR and provide guidance to the Business Units on all such matters  - Provide guidance and stewardship on Legal matters pertaining to HR  - Review and ensure adherence to admin budget, policies, and processes  Experience of about 15 to 20 years with sound knowledge in the areas of handling employee relations in large manufacturing organizations, implementing statutory compliance and laying down IR strategy to achieve a collaborative work environment with good knowledge and understanding of the contemporary Employee Relations practices.
