Job Description:


As an Assistant Vice President, Human Resources (AVP HR), you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and overall business strategy.


What you will do:


- Driving initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.


- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.


- Implementing effective onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives.


- Working closely with department heads to identify and address talent gaps.


- Promoting a positive work environment by resolving employee relations issues promptly and effectively.


- Implementing and overseeing performance management systems to drive high performance.


- Leading initiatives related to organizational design and development.


- Implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.


- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.


- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures as necessary.


- Utilizing HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and providing insights to the leadership team.


- Preparing regular reports on key HR metrics.


- Regularly meeting with employees across various centres within NCR to understand their needs and concerns.


- Acting as a liaison between employees and management.


What you need to have:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.


- 4-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in startups or SMEs, with a track record of managing growth from 20 to 200 employees.


- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.


- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


- Ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.


- Willingness to travel within NCR to meet employees at least once a month.
